The 2nd grade class at Christ Community Lutheran School is proud to take part in the "Common Thread Quilt Project" for the 2008 Iditarod. This quilt is going to the Top of the Kuskowim School in Alaska. In designing this quilt, we wanted to share something about the state of Missouri and tell about us. The world map in the center of our quilt shows where we are in relation to each other in the United States.
Sincerely,
Marcia Ladd

It is so cool that your class has already heard from the school that you sent your quilt to. I'm sure they are enjoying it, along with all the other goodies you sent along.
I love the quilt square with the St. Louis arch on it...has special ties for me! Thank you, friend.
